We start from the problem.

SALANG evaluates solutions from the customer's sample, measurement goal and on-site problem. We first confirm whether the problem can be measured reliably, then match an optical measurement, microscopic observation or 3D analysis path instead of forcing the requirement into a product.

For tasks that cannot be measured reliably under current conditions, we state the limits clearly and provide feasible alternatives or validation directions.

SALANG focuses on the R&D, manufacturing and project delivery of precision optical measurement and microscopy equipment. Product development starts from real samples, measurement goals and workflows, considering not only whether images or data can be obtained, but also whether measurement is stable, results are repeatable, and the equipment can enter R&D, quality and production workflows.

02 / R&D Capability

An in-house R&D team works directly on measurement problems.

SALANG has built its own R&D team, with core members bringing overseas study and research experience, and operates an R&D center in Shenzhen. The team continues development in precision optical measurement, microscopic imaging, opto-mechatronic systems, 3D data processing and measurement software so product capabilities can evolve around real samples and testing tasks.

From optical design, mechanical structure and motion control to measurement algorithms and software workflows, each part is developed around the same measurement goal. This reduces gaps between modules and helps equipment remain stable and usable in real tasks.

Software functions are designed around engineers' working habits, helping users avoid detours in automatic acquisition, measurement analysis, result review and reporting.

04 / Quality and Delivery System

From factory inspection to on-site delivery, every step is traceable.

Each system undergoes factory inspection and accuracy calibration before delivery. Inspection uses reference blocks with third-party calibration basis, and related measurement results and records are retained. After acceptance, the system proceeds to on-site installation, commissioning and technical support.

The relationship between reference parts, inspection data, acceptance documents and delivery records makes key stages from factory release to delivery searchable, reviewable and traceable, providing clear support for later use, acceptance and issue analysis.

SALANG uses a direct sales service model. Sales engineers communicate directly with customers and support early technical discussion and project communication. From sample and measurement goal to equipment configuration, this reduces repeated handoffs and makes requirement judgment and solution discussion more direct.

Sales engineers understand not only the products, but also customer samples, measurement methods and use scenarios, and continue project follow-up with support from R&D, application and delivery teams.
